In short: Bubu Desk is software you download. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges. Bubu unlocks inside the app once Razorpay confirms your payment.

How you get Bubu

Download: get the Windows installer any time from https://bubudesk.com/download. Downloading is free.
Unlock: open Bubu, sign in with Google and pay ₹29 inside the app (UPI, card or net banking, via Razorpay). Bubu unlocks once Razorpay confirms the payment.
New laptop: install Bubu and sign in with the same Google account. Your purchase comes with you, as described in our terms.

Where we deliver

Bubu Desk is sold in Indian rupees, to anyone Razorpay can accept a payment from. Bubu needs Windows 10 (22H2 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit, and an internet connection for the sign-in and the payment.

If Bubu doesn't unlock

Close Bubu and open it again while online. If he's still locked a few minutes after paying, email bubudesk@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and the Google account you used. We reply as soon as we can. Payment problems are handled as described in our cancellation & refund policy.
