Who you're buying from

Bubu Desk is sold by the Bubu Desk team ("we", "us"). You can reach us at bubudesk@gmail.com; full contact details are on the contact page. By downloading, buying or using Bubu Desk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use it.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy Bubu Desk. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, because your purchase is linked to it.

Price and payment

• The price is the one shown in the app when you pay, currently ₹29, paid once. We may change the price for future buyers; a change never affects what you've already paid.
• You pay inside the app with UPI, a card or net banking. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms; we never see your card or UPI details.
• There is no subscription or renewal: we don't charge you again to keep using Bubu Desk. If we ever offer a separate paid product or add-on, buying it is up to you.
• If a technical mistake shows a clearly wrong price, we may cancel that payment and refund it.
• If a payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, or turns out to be fraudulent, we may lock Bubu again for that account.

Your licence

• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Bubu Desk yourself, on Windows computers you use, signed in with the Google account you bought it with. You're buying a licence to use the app, not the app itself.
• One purchase is for one person. To prevent sharing and misuse, we may limit how many computers can use one purchase at the same time.
• You may not share your purchase or account with other people, sell, rent or transfer it, get around the purchase check, or copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
• Bubu Desk, Bubu's character and look, the name, the sounds and this website belong to us. Buying the app doesn't transfer any of them to you.

Delivery

Bubu Desk is a digital download; nothing is shipped. It unlocks in the app once Razorpay confirms your payment. See the shipping & delivery policy.

Cancellation and refunds

Purchases can't be cancelled after payment, and all sales are final. Payment errors, such as a double charge or a payment that didn't unlock Bubu, are handled as described in the cancellation & refund policy.

Updates and changes to the app

We may release updates and fixes, and Bubu tells you when a new version is out. We may add, change or remove features in any version. We don't promise that any particular feature will be added or kept, or that Bubu will support future versions of Windows.

Online parts

Google sign-in, the purchase check and update checks need the internet and depend on services run by us and by others (such as Google, Razorpay and our web host). They may sometimes be slow or unavailable, and we aren't responsible for services we don't run.

Health breaks are not medical advice

Bubu's water, eye and stretch breaks are friendly suggestions to help you build habits. They aren't medical advice and don't replace a doctor. If you have a health condition, follow your doctor's advice.

Your data

Your reminders, tasks and notes are saved on your laptop, so keeping them safe is up to you. Keep your own copies of anything important: you can export everything from Bubu at any time. How we handle the little we do receive is explained in the privacy policy.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve Bubu without owing you anything for them.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make Bubu reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be free of bugs, work on every computer, or always be available. As far as the law allows:

• we aren't responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, such as a missed reminder, missed work, or lost or damaged data;
• our total responsibility to you for anything to do with Bubu Desk is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law, or any responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending your licence

You can stop using Bubu Desk at any time. If you break these terms (for example by sharing or reselling your purchase, or getting around the purchase check), we may lock Bubu for that account without a refund.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please email us first so we can try to sort it out. Any dispute that can't be settled that way goes to the courts that have jurisdiction where we are based.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using Bubu after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The rest

These terms, with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about Bubu Desk. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part straight away, we can still enforce it later.
